Black radish and carrot salad with coriander seeds and orange blossom

The mix black radish and carrot is very nice and brings a lot of freshness, moreover, the sauce that is infused with crashed coriander seeds, orange blossom and olive oil, create a delicate result that is very tasty and not very common! Try and you will see it yourself :-)

To Start...

cooking - no cooking is required just let the sauce infuse for 10’
serves - 2  

Ingredients

  • 1 big carrot
  • 1 black radish of 4cm length
  • ½ teaspoon of coriander seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of orange blossom
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • ½ clove of garlic of medium size
  • a pinch of fleur de sel or coarse salt
  • 5 turn mills of Kampot black pepper

Steps

  • Wash and peel the carrot
  • Wash and peel the black radish
  • Grate the carrot
  • Grate the black radish
  • Place both in a bowl and toss
  • Press the garlic and toss everything well together
  • In a mortar crash the coriander seeds
  • Add the orange blossom
  • Add the olive oil
  • Add salt and pepper
  • Mix everything together with the pestle
  • Cover and let infuse for 10’
  • Pour the sauce over the salad and toss everything well together
  • Serve immediately
  • Succulent and not that common!
