The mix black radish and carrot is very nice and brings a lot of freshness, moreover, the sauce that is infused with crashed coriander seeds, orange blossom and olive oil, create a delicate result that is very tasty and not very common! Try and you will see it yourself :-)

Ingredients
- 1 big carrot
- 1 black radish of 4cm length
- ½ teaspoon of coriander seeds
- 1 tablespoon of orange blossom
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- ½ clove of garlic of medium size
- a pinch of fleur de sel or coarse salt
- 5 turn mills of Kampot black pepper
Steps
- Wash and peel the carrot
- Wash and peel the black radish
- Grate the carrot
- Grate the black radish
- Place both in a bowl and toss
- Press the garlic and toss everything well together
- In a mortar crash the coriander seeds
- Add the orange blossom
- Add the olive oil
- Add salt and pepper
- Mix everything together with the pestle
- Cover and let infuse for 10’
- Pour the sauce over the salad and toss everything well together
- Serve immediately
- Succulent and not that common!
