Soups and veloutés are dishes that can be eaten as starters or as light main courses. I admit that I prefer veloutés because I find them velvety and their silky nature pleases me a lot.
A fresh soup out of strawberries and feta cheese, and with a sauce made with balsamic vinegar and coconut syrup! It’s simply wonderful! Give it a try ;-)
This is a fine soup made with celery roots and fresh celery but also with apples! It’s very unusual but sooo good and you really need to give it a try! The roasted hazelnuts on top bring some crunchiness and also their special taste! It’s a marvel!
