This cute little sauce with Greek yogurt (with less fat if possible), garlic and paprika it’s very tasteful and easy to make! It’s the perfect sauce for pasta (as you can find out in the mandis) or crudités (like radish) or even meat! It’s up to you to decide with which dish you are going to serve it :-)

In two words:

“The ones give what it’s theirs and are still rich; others take goods that do not belong to them, and are still poor”

What’s the story behind this recipe?

This cute little sauce is part of the mandis recipe or the Greek “tortellini” ! I’ve just added some paprika because it was used in the mandis :-) And it seems that it was a nice decision because the sauce is unbelievable good and it can be served with crudités or roasted meat made in a pan, in the oven or in the plancha! It’s a simple sauce that is really-really tasteful :-)
