Tahini Sauce

This tahini sauce is very simple and it’s made with Greek yogurt and parsley! It will be very good with fried food because it’s light and not very strong in tahini taste! Just try it with the chick pea keftas and you will see how good it is :-)

It’s up to you!

In two words:

Inspiration

I made this simple sauce for my fried chick peas keftas but I had found this recipe in a video video by the British Chef Gordon Ramsay which can be found around minute 6’40’’.

Tahini is a preparation made with sesame seeds and we eat it in Greece also, especially in the North, as to other regions of the Middle East where is quite easy to find.

It has a very particular taste that is quite tart but I like it because at the end we can feel the sesame! Try it and see for your own! You can try it in the beginning in a restaurant and then buy it and use it if you like it :-) I will try to make more recipes with it in the future!
