Ingredients
- 2 lamb chops (~150gr)
- 1 teaspoon of sage (or thym or oregano – but the flavor will be different than sage)
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- Fleur de sel, Kampot black pepper
Steps
- Heat-up a pan
- Add the olive oil
- Add the lamb chops
- Cook for 30 seconds
- Turn the chops
- Add salt and pepper
- Cook for another 30 seconds
- Turn them again
- Cook the chops 30 secs on each side for 7’
- 2 minutes before finishing cooking, sprinkle the sage
- Serve with potatoes in pan with thyme and garlic
