Sage Lamb Chops

Rustic and delicious lamb chops with sage because it's so good!

  • 2 lamb chops (~150gr)
  • 1 teaspoon of sage (or thym or oregano – but the flavor will be different than sage)
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • Fleur de sel, Kampot black pepper


  • Heat-up a pan
  • Add the olive oil
  • Add the lamb chops
  • Cook for 30 seconds
  • Turn the chops
  • Add salt and pepper
  • Cook for another 30 seconds
  • Turn them again
  • Cook the chops 30 secs on each side for 7’
  • 2 minutes before finishing cooking, sprinkle the sage
  • Serve with potatoes in pan with thyme and garlic
