The vegan adventure is more advanced that the vegetarian one! And it’s even more admirable because people refuse to eat any product coming from animals! Personally, despite my problem with charcuterie, stop using butter and eggs in desserts, it’s the most difficult task ever. But I do make vegan recipes, and I don’t share them to be trendy, I do it just for the pleasure of sharing and thus often revealing their Greek origin :)

This is a dish with chick peas that is easy to make and so tasteful because the chick peas cook for 2h15 in low heat! They are moist and melt as you eat them! Give it a try because it worth waiting!
Houmous with spices, sweet potato and butternut
A wonderful houmous with spices (curry, cloves, cinnamon, coriander, fennel seeds, mustard seeds, cumin, paprika) and a little bit of sweet potato and butternut squash! It's very good and delicate like a baby!
Risotto with cabbage the Greek way (lahanorizo or laxanorizo)
A fine risotto that is easy to make and quick! It’s made with cabbage, onions and has some dried raisin and some dill! It’s very flavorful and tasty! And it’s a bit different from what you know!
Green salad with dried garlic flakes and Xérès vinegar
A beautiful salad with mesclun, corn salad, red oak salad and a secret ingredient called semolina garlic! It’s a French ingredient and it’s so flavorful that perfumes the salad wonderfully, if you don’t find it try dried garlick flakes maybe it’s good also :-) Furthermore, the Xérès vinegar (you can add a red wine vinegar) gives it some extra punch and here you go with plenty of energy!
Leeks and celery roots with lemon and dill
This is a dish that changes the taste of leeks because it adds some celery roots and the whole thing has another very unusual taste that is very pleasant and surprising! It also has some dill and of course some lemon juice and you have never tasted a dish like this!

A fresh salad that couples black radish and carrots and that is quite unusual because it’s perfumed with coriander and orange blossom! It’s so good that’s surprising!
