This salmon recipe with lemon juice and wasabi, plus Worcester sauce, for its sweetness, comes from a great English chef (Gordon Ramsay) and it is very good but also comforting.

Ingredients
- 4 teaspoons of lemon juice
- a small piece of wasabi (half nail of your small finger)
- 3 teaspoons of Worcester sauce
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 1 small pinch of fleur de sel or coarse salt
- 1 turn mill of Kampot black pepper
- 100gr-150gr of salmon
Steps
- Pre-heat the oven at 200°C
- Put in a small bowl:
- the lemon juice
- the olive oil
- the wasabi
- the Worcester sauce
- salt and pepper
- Emulsify everything with the whisk
- Cover the salmon with the sauce
- Add salt and pepper
- Cook for 20’-25’
- Serve with one or two small potatos cooked with steam or simple boiled
Tip
In order to have wasabi always at home, I buy it in ground form and then prepare it with a bit of hot water.
This wasabi, I found it at the Grande Epicerie de Paris.
