Red oak leaf salad is a nice salad with enough strength and with a velvety sensation at the same time. It couples well with other raw vegetables and condiments and welcomes many different types of sauces with success:)
For many years, this salad was my favorite salad in France along with mesclun:)
This wonderful salad is fresh and fruity but has some “seriousness” thanks to rosemary! The vinaigrette is perfumed with rosemary and this changes everything, even if it has not a strong taste ;-) But it’s there giving its character ;-)

A beautiful salad with mesclun, corn salad, red oak salad and a secret ingredient called semolina garlic! It’s a French ingredient and it’s so flavorful that perfumes the salad wonderfully, if you don’t find it try dried garlick flakes maybe it’s good also :-) Furthermore, the Xérès vinegar (you can add a red wine vinegar) gives it some extra punch and here you go with plenty of energy!
