One thing it’s certain, casseroles at the end suffer a bit, but a night soaked in water makes wonders and they are ready asap to use them again! Find out also another big secret of my savory cuisine: the use of spices which transform a dull dish into something creative and with a lot of imagination! Try these new ways to cook and you will see that your cuisine will be transformed into something by far more interesting and without using a lot of oil to make tasteful dishes because you might do not know but since 2004 I eat light and I use very few oil and this is something that suits me the most; today excessive fat in dishes disgusts me almost completely!
