Green salad with melon, apricots and rosemary

A great salad with fresh melon, some apricots and some pistachios for their crunchiness but also because they go very well with apricots :-) The sauce is wonderful indeed, with olive oil and white wine balsamic vinegar and rosemary! It’s a great vegan salad that can be eaten alone or as a side dish to this wonderful meat (check below) which is not a vegan approach at all L but the salad is still very good!

Tournedos with vigneronne sauce and croutons

It’s true that I do not eat a lot of red meat and when I do, I prefer stews over classic grilled meat! But, from time to time, I want to taste this wonderful sauce that goes so well with this meat and its croutons! The sauce is made with red wine, shallots and mushrooms and it’s perfumed with thyme and bay leaf! The croutons are also elaborated with care because they are made with shallots, as well, and parsley! The final dish is wonderful and rather uncommon to English or American cuisine! Just give it a try because the recipe is very well explained! It’s up to you :-)
