Beetroot salad with breuil fresh sheep cheese and cumin

This beetroot salad is very fresh even if beetroots are already cooked but this French fresh cheese called breuil is so delicate and light but has still much flavor (not like mozzarella :P )! You can of course replace it but for that you need to read the recipe! And on top of all, cumin works just fine, or even more, with beetroot and the whole thing is very pleasant in taste!

This potato puree with garlic is very delicate in taste probably thanks to the cooking method of the potatoes (steam) and the fact that is light in fat. It’s a traditional side-dish for fried cod except that in this version it is much more delicate :-) It’s up to you to learn more about the story of this dish by reading the “story” part of the recipe!
