The Fraisier is a classic French dessert with strawberries! It’s really good and this version is made with ladyfingers instead of classic biscuit! It is inspired by a recipe of the Great French Pastry Chef Christophe Felder and it’s simply marvelous! Don’t be afraid of the piping bag, soon I will make a tutorial about it :-) Still you need to go ahead and try to make this dessert because you really worth it!

This mini-bûche is in reality a Swiss roll or jelly roll with strawberries! Its filling is with strawberry jam and has fresh strawberries as well! The top is covered with Italian meringue and everything together is simply a marvel! Moreover, you will have some Italian meringue left to make some meringue in a star shape form! Make this dessert, you need it and you worth it :-)
