Dear all,

Welcome to this new edition of the solo food newsletter! Three new recipes for you which along with a soup form a nice Christmas menu even long before time :-) This Christmas bûche, which is a traditional French dessert, is simply extraordinary, this is if you like hazelnut praline! The recipe with leeks and celery roots along with lemon and dill is also very surprising for French people but still very-very good! And the recipe for the pork chop with croutons is also quite uncommon but turns to extraordinary when served with the leeks :-)

You will also find two new videos and some good news for solo food, as at the end of the year, the site won the 1st prize of the Site of the Day amongst experts :-)

And just before closing, I started this month a new section on the site which consists in coloring mandalas because it’s a very creative process and at the end the feeling of relax is quite impressive!

Cu soon on social media and take care until the next newsletter!

Bises,
Dimitra
