Just before closing, I made a new video because this amuses me a lot and it’s video art! Don’t be afraid of the term, I am more than eligible to use it and to make it :-)

Beetroot millefeuille and Chavignol goat cheese

Beetroot millefeuille and Chavignol goat cheese

to millefeuille, in its salted version, is a dish that has multiple layers and in this case beetroot is covered with Chavignol goat cheese, herbs (thyme) and honey and has roasted hazelnuts on top for some crunchiness and additional flavor :-) It’s simply divine and easy to make! If you don’t find Chavignol goat cheese (which I doubt because it’s a very well-known French cheese that is easily found abroad), you can use some other goat cheese that has a strong flavor and it’s a bit hard but then you will probably need to adjust the millefeuille’s cooking time. It’s up to you :-)

Danish Pastry

Danish Pastry

It’s just divine! They come in a star shape with a filling of brown sugar, cinnamon and orange :-) but also in the form of small snails to avoid throwing away the remaining dough and transform something that was meant to be thrown away in something amusing and tasteful :-) It’s sure, the recipe is quite difficult, and require some time for the dough to rise but it’s very well explained and after all I will be always around to help you and explain more :-) To your oven as the French say because you really worth it!
