Welcome to the bi-weekly newsletter of solo food! In this new edition you will find 3 new recipes, an article and a video! Soup with two celery, apple and hazelnuts: This 100% vegan soup is here to make you company during the cold winter evenings or as a solution for a starter, and all this with a powerful taste of celery that is soften with the apple and become a bit crunchy with the hazelnuts :) And yes, you can have a “crunchy” soup! Taste this one and you will see :) Crunchiness goes well with soups :) You will be surprised how easy and quickly you can make it and thus spoil yourself with the best :)

Braised fruits with honey and spices: These light and slightly sweet braised fruits are braised with a bit of honey and some spices (cinnamon and ginger); they are so gentle and good that you are not going to believe your palate when tasting them :) The fruits were made as a side dish for white meat like the rabbit below but can be eaten also as a light evening dessert or even for afternoon tea :) They are really good! No matter how you eat them! Your turn to test ;)

Rabbit with apple cider, honey and spices: This rabbit cooked in apple cider with honey and spices (cinnamon and ginger) is so gently and sooooo gooooodddd! So good, easy to make and quick that I do not understand how come you are not making it at once! And when served with the braised fruits as in the recipe above, it’s such a marvel and so delicious! Go ahead and make it the name of God!

fleur ou flower #1: Since I finished my Master in Digital Art at the Athens School of Fine Arts, I wanted to make videos and show short stories, speak about a world in movement (?) as I was seeing it! This first video starts a series that will be dedicated to flowers and will reveal itself gradually. This new trend of stories in social media and the fact that we are watching them in mobile devices makes us to make them mute and this has nothing wrong! Movies started in silence and I find it amusing to return to this form of communication a century afterwards :) Furthermore the innovating trend to create these videos in vertical format in order to watch them in mobiles devices, amuses me even more because we are forced to find new ideas through this constraint! Watch this first video and tell me what you think :)

Gallery : This new section helps you browse solo food content in an alternative way! Image Gallery presents ephemeral photos that were published for a short period of time and then they disappeared from the site :) They are photos of the dishes that were presented in the home page in big format! Since last week I started publishing these photos also in facebook for sharing the dish of the day which means what are we eating at home coming from the blog’s recipes each day :) The ephemeral character of these photos remain as publications in facebook change all the time :) Recipes Gallery helps you browse solo food recipes only by looking photos and recipes titles! It’s a quick and direct way to go to recipes :) At some point I will add only the best recipes of the blog but for the moment you can find all recipes :) So what are you waiting for?
