I hope that you are well and that your friends and family are also well! Summer is officially over but we still have nice weather and sunny days to enjoy! I will take some days off but I prepared some recipes for this week! And they are awesome :) It’s difficult for me to choose one among them because they are really good! Just make them and tell me all about it :)

Caponata: An Italian recipe because the Italians also know how to eat eggplants and even if this dish isn’t as good as the Greek eggplants, it has some character that worth the detour, just to change from time to time, but also because it uses a multitude of ingredients that match very well together! Try and you will see :) after all maybe you will prefer the Italian dish… What do I know? As a French friend once told me and as the French say in general “Personal taste and preferred colors is not a subject to discuss” :)

Veal with lemon confit: I have already presented to you this veal with citron confit but I’ve decided to include it again in this week’s recipes because it is so good that we make it often at home. Besides I’ve tested this recipe with someone who is novice in cooking and he managed to make a really good dish! So, if you haven’t just yet made this recipe, go ahead and make it because it’s really very good! Your turn to play :)

Airy chocolate cake (without flour) and with "nutella" whipped cream: What can I say about this dessert! It is so good and so airy that words are not enough to describe it! You need to taste it and with it you should not miss to make and taste the “nutella” (or any other chocolate spread) whipped cream! I am looking forward for your comments!
