Soup with melon, feta cheese and oregano: A surprising recipe that is delicious as to smoothly reach the end of summer :) When I’ve read the ingredients for the first time, I was surprised and curious for the result because in Greece we often serve watermelon with feta cheese even if I never liked the idea :) But serving melon with feta cheese and adding oregano on top is such a paradox but such a good one! Try it and you will be surprised!

Cod fillet with hazelnut crumble and veal sauce: This cod fillet is so delicate and good due to its sauce with veal stock and Xérès vinegar (or any other red wine vinegar) but also thanks to the hazelnut crumble with pecorino! You are going to love it! The recipe might seem a bit complicated because you need to make roux and use it (at least I was very stressed when I made it for the first time) but at the end if you follow the steps as I describe it will be an easy task :)

The series: Pennyworth is on Amazon Prime! God save the Queen!: This series really worth watching and it’s on Amazon Prime! London atmosphere during the 60tis is very well reproduced and very elegant! Pennyworth is an ex-agent of the British SAS and by staying loyal to the Queen manages to find a balance in a polarised world between good and evil that threatens the Kingdom! To watch season one asap in order to be ready for the second season that will arrive soon :)
