Welcome to the weekly newsletter of solo food!

I hope that you are well and that your friends and family are also well! I can imagine that you’ve started making plans for the vacations ahead and that you’ve found interesting things even in this complicated context! But when we have imagination and good will we always find something that suits us :)

This week’s star recipe is “Lentils the Greek way” because it’s a dish that I really love and that I eat very often; especially when I am dieting and I want to lose weight. It’s a tasty dish, nourishing and suitable for diets due to the limited quantity of oil!

On the News side, I’ve created a new design for the recipe page in order to highlight more the difficulty, the cooking time etc. I am expecting your remarks as to apply the new design to all recipes! I know I can count on you!

Lentils the Greek way (fakes): This dish is mainly a soup but I prefer to eat my lentils as a normal dish and not in a soup, so I calibrated this recipe that makes interesting and tasteful, an ingredient that is bland when it’s cooked the French way. So bland that French people need to eat meat with lentils! What a pity! But with this 100% vegan recipe you are lucky enough to eat one-dish meal that is very good, quickly prepared and very easy to make! Try it because it’s worthy in taste and does not cost a fortune to buy :)

Chicken the old fashioned way: The only old thing in this recipe it’s the old fashioned mustard that is used and that gave the recipe its name :) The dish is really good, lemony and garlicky but in the right proportions for a result that makes spectacular even chicken breasts! Not to mention its value for dieting… it’s the perfect dish for someone that follows the Weight Watchers method as it is today. So what are you waiting for? You do have 15’ right? Sauce with tuna, tomato and rosemary: This quick sauce uses ingredients that come out from your cupboards to create something interesting and not only tasteful; this is due to rosemary! It’s very easy and quick to make and it’s a solution when we are not inspired or when we don’t have fresh ingredients. It is served with pasta and this way it is escorted with delicacy in surprising tasteful adventures coming from cupboards ingredients :)

Two blocks: I’ve added in the recipes page two blocks, one to change the design of the information section regarding difficulty, preparation, cooking time, and serving and thus enhance its visibility, and the second to introduce a clickable summary of all sections within the recipe. I hope that you are going to like it and I am eagerly waiting your comments in order to apply these changes to all pages :)
