The interesting thing about it is that women were not allowed to touch fire in Japan for making potteries for centuries! Potteries in this exhibition are beautiful and delicate!

This is a Viennese chocolate dessert with a stunning final result in terms of taste but also in look! It’s simply delicious! It has an apricot jam filling and some rum syrup, and of course some wonderful ganache all over! (even if in this version the ganache was not very successful in looks!) It’s really very good and not that difficult to make, you just need to know how to make meringue and the rest will come easily! Give it a try and you see for yourself!

Women were not allowed to touch fire in Japan to make make potteries! It’s unbelievable but still it was a reality for centuries. It was only in the 20th century that things evolved! And thank God, because their potteries worth an important place due to the sensibility they carry even if the main ingredient is mud! It’s magical! Unfortunately, I learnt about this exhibition only last week and I went the previous week-end, it ends at the 3rd of October!
