Welcome to the weekly newsletter of solo food!

I hope that you are well and that you find slowly a new pace! We need to stay flexible and see this new situation as an opportunity to find happiness again in another manner :) We are going to make it :) I am certain about this, not because we don’t have the choice, but because it’s better to move on instead of staying still and paralyzed by the constrains!

Cod as the Basques do © solo food

Cod as the Basques do : When I arrived in France, I did not know that the “basquaise” chicken was a well-known dish, the only recipe I knew, coming from the Basques, was this cod that I had found in a Weight Watchers book. Test this recipe, it’s very good and can be as powerful as you like depending on how you cook the hot peppers. Moreover, it’s extremely light :)
muffins aux framboises newsletter
Raspberry muffins © solo food

Raspberry Muffins : Muffins are easy to make cute desserts that you can do fast and this without removing anything from their taste. A good evening to you all and enjoy your groceries :)

See you soon and take care,
