Delicious French macarons with a ganache perfumed with cardamom and white chocolate! They are simply delicious! I used Italian meringue to make them and this means that the egg whites are cooked with some hot syrup, and it’s different than the French meringue where the eggs are not cooked at all, and this makes them more fragile :-) They say that Italian meringue is the secret of success for macarons! It’s up to you but don’t be afraid, the recipe is well explained and I will be there to guide you, or answer to any of your questions J May the force be with you!
